I am starting the development of my own training company “Sassenach Training Services” I am going to be offering the following services: Needs assessments, Evaluation of training programs, designing training manuals, job aids, and assisting in mentoring program development and some executive coaching. I live in the metro Detroit area and hope to make this company a reality soon. If any one is interested in these services I am more than happy to talk to you. I also am available for companies or individuals to outsource work to.
