    One of the hardest lessons for me to learn as a trainer was that learners can very quickly get bored, almost regardless of how entertaining the trainer is, if the learners don’t have some interactive activities in the training — and if they get bored, they’ll struggle to listen to the trainer. I used to think that the value of the trainer was proportionate to the content that the trainer conveyed during the training. Your advice is right on.
