  1. This entire paper trail series has been so refreshing for me to read!

    As a supervisor, my HR department stressed more attention on how to avoid getting sued than on really helping me to enhance the performance of my people.

    Your series really explains how organizations can avoid the “scarcity model” — avoid the view that we need to make employees stop doing something, rather than the view to get employees to do more of something else.
