  1. Good (or GREAT) customer service is not rocket science! If we just keep focused on the old golden rule and treat others the way we want to be treated, we will be ahead of 90% of all the other businesses out there. It’s true what you say that sometimes external circumstances effect our attitudes. If you are a manager, give an atta boy (or girl) out regularly, it will pay off for your employees and your customers. Thanks for the post.
