Privacy Policy

This Policy covers your use of the Free Management Library (FML) website at www.managementhelp.org (the FML Website) made available by its owner, Authenticity Consulting, LLC ("Authenticity").

This policy explains the FML Website information practices, defines your privacy options and describes how your information can be collected and used. Authenticity collects and uses the information only to make the FML Website and Services better for its users. At the time of this version, the Services include provision of online articles, links to articles and websites, and an optional newsletter.

By visiting the FML Website or using its Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in the manner described in this Policy. Authenticity shall have the right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise this Policy. If Authenticity makes material changes to this Policy, Authenticity will notify you by means of a notice on the FML Website homepage. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice. You are responsible for reviewing the FML Website or Services periodically for any modification to this Policy. Any access or use of the FML Website or Services by you after notice of modifications to this Policy shall constitute and be deemed to be your agreement to such modifications. Information That We Collect

This Policy applies to all information collected on the FML Website, any information that you provide to the FML Website and any information that results from your use of Services.

The FML Website collects a your IP address and device identifier (for example, your type of browser or mobile device) in order to detect patterns of usage on the server and to help analyze usage to resolve any technical problems.

Use of Google Analytics and Cookies

The FML Website uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to improve the use of the Website. Google Analytics does not collect users' names or personally identifiable information (information that could be used to personally identify or contact you). It collects only the IP address from which the user accessed the FML Website. Google analyzes the activity from that address to conclude the user's time of the visit to the FML Website, time spent on its pages, the website where the user was referred from, and the user's type of browser and operating system.

To collect that information, Google places a "cookie" on the user's computer. Cookies are very small pieces of information from Google that a user's browser stores on the user's computer. The cookies cannot be used by any organization other than Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this FML Website is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

Users can disable the storing of cookies on their computers by following the directions provided by their particular browser, for example, Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox. Users can opt out of the Google Analytics cookies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads or the opt-out browser Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on page.

Your Sharing of Comments, Opinions and Information

You can sign up for the "FML>>Links" newsletter from the left sidebar on the FML Website. It requires that you provide your email address. If you have subscribed to the FML newsletter and you want to terminate the subscription, along with distribution of new issues in your email, you can select the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

You can register to provide comments to any of the blogs hosted on the FML Website. It requires that you provide your name and email address. You can provide feedback about usage of the FML Website via its "Provide Feedback" form referenced from the left sidebar on each page. It requires your email address and feedback commentary.

All of this information is kept confidential to the personnel managing the FML Website. Authenticity requires its personnel to agree to protect the personal information of its users.

How to Access or Correct Your Information

Send Authenticity an email at info@AuthenticityConsulting.com if you want to access, review or correct your personally identifiable information collected by Authenticity. To protect your privacy and security, Authenticity requires personally verifiable information from you before granting you the right to access, review or make corrections to your personally identifiable information.

Disclosure of Information

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when Authenticity believes that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that Authenticity may sell its FML business. If Authenticity sells its FML business, then customer information, including your information, may be among the assets that are transferred. If Authenticity decides to so transfer your personal information, you will be notified by an email sent to the last known email address in our files.

Privacy and Other Websites and Services

The FML Website or the Services contain links to Services websites or Services mobile applications. Authenticity is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites or applications. This policy only applies to information collected by Authenticity.
