  1. Being based in Silicon valley where innovation is life’s blood I have had the chance to observe many ideation sessions. One of the big challenges seems to be generating ideas nonjudgementally at the outset – (we later evaluate); we grow up with our ideas being labeled as good or bad – and in order to really innovate we have to unlearn that.
