    This is beautifully well said. These are the goals and the fruits of practice. It is a steady practice with a wise teacher and the sharing of others along the path that can lead to grace. Out if the head and into the hearts, off the mat and into our lives.

    The city of Cape Coral was on the front end of explosive growth…From 1978 to 1993 under David Kelleys leadership Grace United Methodist Church grew from a handful of worshippers to over 1000 members. Interestingly enough Cape Coral had dramatically changed from 1978 when Grace United Methodist Church was planted.
