Because HR is such an integral part of a business it would only make sense that employees in human resources need to become more and more skilled in things such as recruiting tactics and marketing to help bring in that top talent, as well as being technologically sound. What I have learned through the years is that the people in HR need to be the most well rounded in the company, they do a little bit of everything from accounting, to compliance to recruiting, etc.
