Purpose of this Crisis Management Blog

This blog helps you improve your crisis management by providing articles, opinions, commentary and many related resources.  The blog is for a general audience, including beginners and those advanced in crisis management.

The benefits of crisis management are many, including that it ensures:

  1. Accurate assessment of the cause and impacts of a crisis.
  2. Prompt and effective responses to crises.
  3. Minimum financial and operational damage from crises.
  4. Sustained or improved credibility with stakeholders.

This blog is jointly produced by Bernstein Crisis Management President, Jonathan Bernstein, and his Social Media Manager, Erik, Bernstein, AKA “Son of Crisis Manager.”  Erik also fulfills similar responsibilities on behalf of the consultancy’s clients.
