    1. Sure CJ! What they had was good, but it needed a dose of compassion. Inserting a line to the effect of, “We understand how upsetting this has been for fans, as well as military veterans and their families, and promise we are putting policies in place to ensure the flag’s appropriate use in the future,” would have been plenty.
